Ingredients:
- 8 slices of bread
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 large leaves of lettuce
- 2 large ripe tomatoes
- Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain it on paper towels.
Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a griddle until lightly browned.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and slice the tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices.
Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
On four slices of bread, add a layer of lettuce, followed by tomato slices, and then bacon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the remaining four slices of bread on top to create four sandwiches.
Slice the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
